OUR PROCESS

Learn more about our process, and how we can help you achieve your desired building.

  • We help you clearly define a brief for you needs, or establish the bureaucratic requirements for a site. Ideally done before buying a site.

  • We start de technical studies, and we define the building based on the brief requirements, and filtered through the architectural program requirements and the legislation and norms. The concept phase is interactive with the client, and at the end it defines all the building’s main parameters - either technical or esthetic.

  • This phase of the project is where we prepare all documentations for approvals and for the building permit for construction.

  • In order to have construction offers, and full instructions for building, we prepare the technical project, with all construction specifications and details necessary. This is where you obtain bills of quantities, material specifications, and special construction instructions for all specialties.

  • We are by your side until the building is finalized, with technical assistance during construction.
