Ciao Ragazzi bistro
2023
We had the opportunity to refresh the Ciao Ragazzi design, in accordance with the brand theme desired by the client.
With a vibrant, energetic personality, we could say that this space absolutely reflects the character of the brand. The use of warm brass shades, in absolute contrast with the anthracite-gray backgrounds, reveals an emblematic space, which entertains the customers with the games of light created on the ceiling and in the reflections.
A contemporary design, with a color palette focused on contrasting shades of brass/plants, and background materials in dark shades, with a contemporary-elegant touch.

The space before our intervention :
Brief :
-
Everything is outdated and old, clients are choosing fresher spaces
-
The new design has to attract the “client of today”.
-
The bistro is located at the entrance of a giant mall. It has to stop clients in their tracks and give them a space to reconnect, relax and recharge
-
Easy maintenance, materials that are long-lasting.
-
The space is connected with the garden through fully openable glass walls - we must emphasize the garden connection.
-
Respecting the brand of the bistro, a more serious and modern atmosphere.
-
Because of the connection with the outside garden, the terrace becomes very cold, we must figure out ways to prolong the use during the colder months.
-
We received a very specific list of requirements and bar appliances that would need to be accommodated in the new space.
•Insert enormous installations for ventilation and heating
•Redo the flooring and insulation from the structure up
•Consolidate de building
•Insert more seating than what the existing plan accommodated
•Work with already acquired bar equipment
•Work with a construction team that did not communicate well
•Many custom pieces
•Do it all in a short time-frame of 4 months.
Plan configuration & challenges we solved:
WORKSITE
Implemented project:
After many challenges, the project was successfully implemented, with the support of the client, who had very little tolerance for deviations from the original concept.
What we can say currently is that the bistro has almost fully recovered the investment, and it’s busier than ever before.
