A lovely site, in the rural mountain areas of Transylvania, where we helped develop this project while respecting the site restrictions and the local urban and architectural rural design guidelines.

The urban plan required a mediation between multiple owners, navigating approvals and environmental studies, and connecting and integrating a local street structure onto an existing site, proposing utilities solutions, and solving complex studies in order to properly develop this small rural area.
